“I discovered the works of Philip Glass far later in life than I’d like to admit, especially considering the years I spent listening almost entirely to whatever ambient and post-rock music I could find through the usual college radio outlets. It was really working at LPR that exposed me to his work, and with that I am super excited for his 75th birthday celebration. Granted his work would stand alone as a reason to go, but the lineup is stellar with Kronos Quartet, Michael Riesman, & Ira Glass among others.”
