TABLE SEATING POLICY
Table seating for all seated shows is reserved exclusively for ticket holders who purchase “Table Seating” tickets. By purchasing a “Table Seating” ticket you agree to also purchase a minimum of two food and/or beverage items per person. Table seating is first come, first seated. Please arrive early for the best choice of available seats. Seating begins when doors open. Tables are communal so you may be seated with other patrons. We do not take table reservations.
 
A standing room area is available by the bar for all guests who purchase “Standing Room” tickets. Food and beverage can be purchased at the bar but there is no minimum purchase required in this area.
 
All tickets sales are final. No refund or credits.

The Sheba Ensemble

The Sheba Ensemble is an all-female music group committed to promoting Jewish music with a unique twist. Sheba’s music reflects a stunning intersection of musical influences. Classically trained at the world’s leading music conservatories, Sheba lends a world music flair to their sound; incorporating elements of bossa nova, pop, Middle Eastern and jazz to its arrangements. Both traditional and new music is featured, including original compositions written by members of Sheba and other prominent composers in Ladino, Hebrew, English, and Yiddish.
Shiree Kidron, voice recieved her Masters at the Manhattan School of Music. Israeli born , Shiree was acclaimed by the New York Times as a “ Fresh and likable voice” for her title role of Beauty in Spohr’s Opera Beauty and the Beast. She is a winner of the Sharon Tavor Vocal Competition for Singers and Orchestra and the David Whitcomb Foundation Award for Promising Young Soloists. Ms Kidron is a unique and versatile vocalist who appears locally and internationally as a classical singer, as well as a cantorial soloist, oratorio and as a Jewish Folk and world Music performer. Ms. Kidron is currently the assistant Cantor of the prestigious Park Avenue Synagogue in New York City. Recent engagements include appearing at an international religious music documentary called “Kol Be’isha Arev – a voice of a woman”, featured soloist with the Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra in Ukraine, soloist with the Ludwig Symphony in Atlanta and several appearances with the Pacific Opera group in Carnegie Hall as well as lead roles in Operas and Festivals in the US and Europe. Shiree is a member of the internationally acclaimed Sheba Ensemble.
 
Alicia Horwitz, flute- MM Manhattan School of Music, JD Fordham Law School, BA Columbia University. A winner of the Artists International Music Competition, Ms. Horwitz gave a professional debut recital at Carnegie Hall in 2007. Artists International later named her an “Outstanding Alumni Winner” after her successful Carnegie Hall debut. She has won prizes in several other music competitions including the Trinity Church “Concerts at One” Competition, the Artur Balsam Duo Competition, the Friday Woodmere Music Club Competition, the Yonkers Philharmonic Concerto Competition, and the Great Neck Young Musicians Competition. Ms. Horwitz is an accomplished orchestral flutist, serving as principal flutist of the Kurt Masur Conducting Institute in New York City and the Deutsch-Skandinavische Jugend-Philharmonie in Berlin, Germany. She has attended the Bowdoin International Music Festival, Eastern Music Festival, and Banff Arts Centre Master Class Program. Ms. Horwitz is a founding member of the Sheba Ensemble, an all-female Jewish chamber music group, and performs regularly with the Camerata Notturna Orchestra and Azlo Orchestra.
 
Gabrielle Fink, violin began the violin at age three, having been born into a musical home in Miami, Florida. She was accepted as a Young Artist at the Cleveland Institute of Music in high school. Ms. Fink has performed solo, in chamber groups, and in orchestras in almost every state in the U.S. and internationally. She was concertmaster of the Manhattan School of Music Symphony and Chamber Orchestra and New York Concert Artists Orchestra. Ms. Fink performed at Carnegie Hall with principal players of the New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra and the Cleveland Orchestra and has toured as a member of the Hyperion String Quartet and in chamber groups which included members of the Philadelphia Orchestra and Berlin Philharmonic. She completed a thirty-five city tour with the Ten O’Clock Classics Quartet. At age seventeen, she performed before tens of thousands of participants and dignitaries during the 2000 March of the Living at Auschwitz in Poland.
 
Ms. Fink has performs and teaches at numerous music festivals both nationally and Internationally. She has soloed with orchestras at Manhattan School of Music and at Lincoln Center. She is a teacher and chamber music coach at various schools in New York.
Ms. Fink has won prizes in the Mizner Competion, National Arts and Letters String Competition, Walenstein Violin Competition, and the Harid String Competition for Young Musicians.
 
Ms. Fink is a co-founding member of the Sheba Ensemble which has toured around the U.S., Europe and Israel. She is the Founder and Producer of Gaby Gala which is a Salon Concert Series in New York. She appeared as a violinist character in the DreamWorks film Ghost Town, has appeared on television numerous times; and has been broadcast live on radio.
Mary Ann McSweeney — Bassist, Composer, Arranger
Mary Ann McSweeney has played with jazz legends Dizzy Gillespie and Lee Konitz. Performances with her quintet have been at the Sexial Jazz Festival in Portugal and the Mary Lou Williams Jazz Festival at the Kennedy Center. She has also performed with the Maiden Voyage and Diva Big Bands.
 
McSweeney has arranged for and recorded with Warner Bros. artist, Lea Delaria. She has performed at the Newport Jazz Festival and The Monterey Jazz Festival, and has toured Europe and performed with David Krakauer’s Klezmer Madness and four-time Tony Award-winning vocalist Audra McDonald.
 
As the bassist on the Tony Award-Winning Show Avenue Q, McSweeney’s jazz arrangements of Avenue Q can be heard on itunes.
McSweeney has performed most recently with Chita Rivera, Barbara Cook, Lucy Arnaz and Leslie Uggums, and Jane Monheit. She has performed on more than 25 Broadway shows, including: Evita, Anything Goes, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Billy Elliot, Newsies and Sister Act.
 
Gillian Berkowitz, piano
Gillian has played piano/keyboard/organ/accordion/vocals in over 20 Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. Currently performing in Jersey Boys, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Wicked, and Mamma Mia. She is an accompanist for Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Wicked, Telsey Casting, Stuart Howard Associates, Ballet Arts, NYU, Students Live, TACT, Vocal Ease, Judy Kuhn, Michael Cassara, and Broadway Backwards. She has been featured as both a soloist and collaborator playing jazz/classical/contemporary music in venues all over the city ranging from Birdland and Merkin Hall to City Winery, 54 Below, Bitter End and Gracie Mansion. Upcoming: Ladies Night featuring Doreen Montalvo(In the Heights, Giant) and Ilene Kristen(One Live to Live), Ken Davenport’s Garageband, and Gumbo, the Musical.
