Miss Exotic World 2004, MISS DIRTY MARTINI, named the "Sexpot Sophisticate" by New York Magazine has been described as "one of the best in burlesque" by the New York Times, "the queen of them all" by the London Daily Telegraph, and "the decadent expression of female sensuality in action" by the NY Daily News. Since the mid 1990's she has had audiences on their feet applauding in venues as diverse as Carnegie Hall and "Broadway Bares" to notorious NYC nightclubs where she has been awarded a Glammy for her performances. A leading figure in the American burlesque revival, Miss Martini has become and underground celebrity and a favorite of the legends of burlesque who performed in the 1940's and 1950's. She has headlined burlesque shows across the USA and has been featured in the following books: "New Burlesque", "Burlesque, the New Bump and Grind", "Burlesque from Gaslight to Spotlight", "Fantasies" and "The Velvet Hammer". Miss Martini was recently featured in V Magazine featuring photographs taken by Karl Lagerfeld and was last month voted number one burlesque performer in the world.

With the Cabaret New Burlesque, she has recently returned from sold out shows in Europe and has wowed London in The Tease Show at KoKo nightclub as well as her subsequent appearance with Immodesty Blaize on the Paul O'Grady show on BBC. Miss Martini has performed alongside critically acclaimed comedians Murray Hill and Margaret Cho in her Off- Broadway show The Sensuous Woman and has been the headlining act at international burlesque festivals Tease-o-rama, New York Burlesque Festival, Montreal and Toronto Burlesque festivals and the returns every year to perform in the Legends Showcase at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas. Miss Martini, often described as "the burlesque performer's burlesque performer” will soon premiere a documentary film based on her life, work and her influence on the resurgence of burlesque all over the globe. Look for her in the upcoming french film "Tournee" directed by Matthieu Amalric coming to theaters in the summer of 2010 after it's world premiere at Cannes in May.
